Positioned high in the hills above Waipu Cove, we offer a tranquil and modern animal-friendly base in historic Waipu, close to the beaches and town. The perfect spot to explore sunny Northland. Equestrians, you can arrange to bring your horse, ride in our arena or on nearby stunning Uretiti beach. If you'd like to bring your friendly dog, we can accommodate your furry friends. Our location is very quiet: no traffic noise, just the occasional sound of surf and birds. Not just for horse lovers.

Escape to your very own waterfront holiday with the extended family or group of friends. With two houses positioned on the one large section you can enjoy holidaying together yet have your space when needed. You'll have your own large grass area to kick back relax, play games with water access to paddle, swim and explore. At low tide you can walk across to the surf beach! With magic views at both houses you'll love an early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a cold one seeing the day out.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer , dishwasher and front loader washing machine. Located well away from the main house off street parking and separate entrance. Short walking distance to well stocked local 4 Square Supermarket and Pharmacy. Uretiti beach nearby. Waipu Cove beach a short drive away'

Everything you'd want to do on holiday is on your doorstep. Makai Lodge is a modern 2 bdrm apartment with a 180deg view.

Cabin with beautiful views

Take a break and enjoy the peace and beauty of the Waipu hills. The cabin is located well away from the main house with it's own carport. It has a kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, microwave and a small oven . The spacious deck is prefect for outdoor dining. Relax and enjoy the rural views or head out and explore the area. Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.

We bring you the best of both worlds with great sea views set on 3 acres of beautiful native bush just minutes from Waipu Cove. Located approx. 10 minute drive from Ruakaka, Marsden Point and One Tree Point, there is plenty to explore, including Marsden Cove Marina & McLeods Brewery all close by.

Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Thistle Do Beach Bach

Thistle Do Beach Bach is located meters off State Highway 1 at Ruakaka. The open plan lounge and kitchen has large windows and doors that allow maximum light and airflow, while the doors open onto a sun drenched deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, electric frypan and dishwasher.
