The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Private, modern 3 BR Apartment in Central Hamilton

A self contained ground floor apartment with the extras you need for short or long stays. It's spacious with a full sized kitchen, a lounge/dining area with elevated views over the city and indoor-outdoor flow to an enclosed garden. Upstairs is a shared pool(heated Sept-April) and hot tub area. The bedrooms open from a central hall. The huge master bedroom has its own courtyard.
