Totara View - A13 - step out onto the golf course!

A13 is a self-contained unit in the Wataki Lakes Apartments on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail, in the middle of the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark & abutting the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Beautifully presented, the unit overlooks Otematata golf course, surrounded by mountains. Lake Aviemore and Lake Benmore are a 5 minute drive. The Wetlands Walkway and the Alps 2 Ocean cycle trail are on the doorstep. This is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed and free parking. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a portable stove top. A pay laundry is close by. Dogs are welcome guests. The views from ‘The Pad’ are simply breathtaking.

Home Away from Home-Unit A5 Waitaki Lakes Aprtmnts

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Everyone is welcome here at Forest Bliss Cottage located 300m up on the Hunters Hills. We have long views east to , the sea at St Andrews to Timaru, to the Port Hills, Four Peaks, Fox Peak . Our open plan Portacottage provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. As well as the basics to make you feel more than at home, we are also able to cater for your most loved pet providing they can sleep outside. There is lots to see and do, Ollie the horse loves carrots, the cats may come and visit, calves need patting and at times we have sheep and lambs to play with. We offer breakfast when stays are for a minimum of two nights

Based on the outskirts of Waimate township we have a detached modern guest accommodation on 4 acre lifestyle block, sleeps 5 comfortably (7 if use pullout couch). 10 minute walk into the heart of the town. Pet friendly. Sorry no kitchen available. Only basic toaster, kettle and bar fridge. BBQ available on request.
