The house is fully furnished, with two bedrooms, but with room to sleep more. This is a one-of-a-kind property with a view that could only best be described by simply reading our reviews. Located south of Red Wing, between Lake City and Wabasha, in Reads Landing, Minnesota.

HOUSE ON THE RIVER

Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

The Main Stay on the Bluff is a spacious 3,000 sq ft home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of guests. The main floor is fully handicap accessible and opens to an outdoor patio with seating and a fire pit. As part of Samakya Cabins, one of two private retreats set on 65 secluded acres, the property offers incredible bluff views, peaceful surroundings, and a truly special escape immersed in nature.

The Snapdragon welcomes you to our small, centrally located village. We are located along the scenic River Road, a short drive to the Mississippi River. We are in the heart of Buffalo County known for its exceptional hunting and fishing. You can find several wineries, breweries, and distilleries within a short drive. Within walking distance, we have four taverns, three restaurants, two ice cream shops, and cheese and wine to boot.
