Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

It is a block away from Villa Bellezza Winery. Pepin Guest Haus is nicely appointed with everything you need for a relaxing trip- queen bed, two twin rollaway beds, kitchenette, shower, living area with sofa and TV, and deck with seating area and grill.
