Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. House Antonio is a very nice renovated stone house with a unique position in the old part of town. This house can accommodate 6-7 persons with its 3 bedrooms which spreads over 4 floors. House has 2 separate units - it consists of one apartment for 4 persons that extends over 3 floors and one bedroom for 2-3 persons on the ground floor. The room on the ground floor has separate entrance and it`s connected with the rest of the house by external stairs. This well-equipped house will charm you!

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It is located in a small and quiet place only 3-4 minutes drive from the center of town Senj. Apartment is situated in the house, at the first floor and has two balconies.
