Meine Wohnung liegt in einem hübschen Dorf mit alter Kirche, wo sogar Madonna zu Besuch war. Rundherum haben wir Felder, Hügel, Wälder mit Aussicht in die Berge. Wir sind direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Nach Zürich ist es 25 Minuten mit Bus und Zug. In meiner Wohnung wohne ich und es hat ein weiteres Zimmer für einen Gast. Dachgeschosswohnung in sicherem Wohnquartier in Zürich Seebach. mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bist du in rund 20 Minuten am Flughafen oder in der Innenstadt. Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift (48 Treppenstufen). Im Moment ist neben dem Haus seine Baustelle, es kann ab 7.00 Uhr zu etwas Baulärm kommen. spare Geld und koche selbst

Our accommodation is bordered by a nature reserve. Urban train and supermarket are reachable by foot in 15 minutes, in 17 minutes one can reach with the urban train Zürich City, and in about 30 minutes the airport Zurich. You have a beautiful view of the Greifensee, the surrounding reed belt and the mountains behind it. From the house you can observe birds as well as sometimes deer. It is rented to private persons only and not to companies.

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

The apartment`s location is very central. 1 minute walking distance from the famous Langstrasse(the party street), supermarkets(Migro, Coop and Denner), numerous restaurants and bars, and 100m from a beautiful park(Bäckeranlage). The place is 3 to 4 tram stops(or 15 minutes by foot) from the main station and Bahnhofstrasse(the shopping street).

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business.
