Villa Smilja spans three floors, covering approximately 150 sqm with six rooms. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
