In meno di un ora puoi arrivare sia a Venezia che sulle splendide Dolomiti. La Casetta si trova a 1 minuto dalla base Americana USAF e 10 minuti da Pordenone ed Aviano. Composta da ingresso, cucina abitabile, bagno, ampia camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Literally downstairs there are a Bar, the Pharmacy and various Restaurants and Pizzerias. Last but not least, ultra-wide windows and a 55" TV Screen, Netflix included.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Unique house in the heart of Veneto

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Mettiamo a disposizione un monolocale di circa 20 mq situato al piano terra di un rustico ristrutturato, con ingresso indipendente, composto da cucina attrezzata (frigo, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno, microonde, stoviglie,...), tavolo con 6 sedie, divano letto che può diventare matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Grande giardino con ampio portico. Posizione centrale in paese, dista 8 km da Pordenone.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
