Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Enjoy the Cherokee National Forest trail leading to a double waterfall!

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. We are 1/2 mile from the North Fork of New River. It's a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the mountains. Dogs welcome!

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, fenced yard on all 4 sides, front porch, two decks & the soothing sound of Beaver Dam Creek, you'll have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for making memories with your family and friends.

With the Appalachian Trail steps from the front door and the Virginia Creeper Trail a block and a half behind the cottage, this is the perfect base to explore southwestern VA. Located on the main street in downtown Damascus, this cottage sleeps 12-13 people with 3 full baths. Escape your hectic life/work and relax with family and friends. The house is steps away from exciting outdoor hiking/biking, streams, nature watching, fly fishing, and great local retailers and eateries.

The Bungalow is a cozy not-so-tiny home at 420 sq ft. A 16x20 Gothic Arched building designed and built by the owner. Besides a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, and comfortable sleeping quarters, you will find wonderful amenities outside! Views of mountains, pasture, and woods. Relax in a hammock or tell your secrets to Drifter the horse. Often Mr Groundhog or the Deer family will visit, too. The Bungalow at Grandpa's Mountain is a quiet getaway.
