It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

The house is situated in the small village of Capmany (Gerona), which is part of the Alt Empordà region and makes up the northerly part of the Costa Brava.
