Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Escape from the city in our 1200 sq ft one bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen in a peaceful country setting with pool and hot tub near Lakepoint, Lake Allatoona, Acworth, Cartersville, Dallas, and Hiram. Two wineries within 10 miles of our place! We are close to YNOT, 3 miles from Rose Hall wedding, 6 miles from downtown Dallas, GA and 10 miles from downtown Cartersville, GA. We can host up to 4 adults in our basement apartment. We have a max of 5 guests on the property at anytime.

Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. The lake is surrounded by private property owners. Come, explore!
