Numerous beach bars and restaurants are all in walking distance, the marina is a 20 minute stroll away and the cobbled streets of Lagos another 10 minutes walk.

The apartment has a deluxe and homely feel, an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The apartment has windows and balconies on both sides. The park itself has 3 pools of which 1 inside. Also a restaurant, tennis court and children playground. The park itself is calm and great for families or friends who like to have a calm apartment where they can relax.

This is a very quiet neighborhood where you can expect a resort-like experience (very light traffic, palm trees and nicely gardened areas). The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches but I recommend a car to get around. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).
