Ci troviamo all’interno di una meravigliosa villa anni 60, ristrutturata e divisa in appartamenti. L’ampissimo spazio si trova al piano terra: è composto da soggiorno con cucina, due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera tripla (matrimoniale + singolo in spazio annesso) e tre grandi bagni. Patio esterno con tavolo da pranzo e giardino recintato. Ideale per gruppi e famiglie. Ci troviamo in una bellissima area residenziale molto verde, composta da ville in sequenza ognuna con il proprio parco.

Il nostro appartamento si trova a Vignola, dispone 4 posti letto e' vicino ad autostrada stazione dei treni e corriere perfetto per raggiungere i centri di Bologna, Modena e Maranello. Nei intorni a 5 minuti si trova Conad, Tigota, Farmacia comunale, Bar, Gelateria Pizzeria. Appartamento si trova a piano terra, possiede un giardino con ingresso privato, arredato da pocco è completo di tutti i comfort, garage spazioso per due macchine, parcheggi comodi anche per i disabili. 'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

Melograno's House is located in the center of Bologna, inside the historic building that was once home to Giosuè Carducci, in a charming setting perfectly integrated into the city center. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds in the spacious living room, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a small courtyard, and a small study with very strong Wi-Fi.
