Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Casa su tre livelli con terrazzo, balcone, giardino. Ottima posizione vista lago, immerso nella natura tra i boschi di castagni. Per chi ama l'escursionismo, sono a disposizione diversi sentieri segnati per raggiungere località di interesse come il Lago Delio, Campagnano. A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

The villa accommodates nine persons in a magnificent three-floor house with classic and antique furniture. The marble floors and statues complement the classic interior of the ground and first floors, while the wooden ceiling and parquet on the 2nd floor give guests a sense of mountain comfort. Porto Ceresio is a lovely Lombardian village, right on the border with Switzerland.

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

The Villa is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay.

Es ist ideal geeignet für zwei Personen, aber auch vier Personen finden ihren Platz. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Aber auch Fuß läßt sich der Ort mit seinen Badestränden, Cafés und Restaurants erreichen, die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Höhenmeter über dem Lago.

Dalla ristrutturazione della vecchia cascina della nonna ne è uscita una grande casa composta da due appartamenti. Al piano superiore vi è l'appartamento grande, con la zona giorno cucina/soggiorno, due ampie camere da letto, due bagni con vasca e doccia e tre balconi. In particolare dal terrazzo della zona giorno si domina il lago con le tre isole, qui è possibile pranzare godendo del panorama.
