House is settled in a big green garden above Sava Bohinjka river. You can eat outside and enjoy in great view. You can use barbecue, pick fresh vegetable, rent a bike, from Jun to Sept fresh in small pool(3x3,5m). The whole area is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing and flyfishing-my husband is a guide and provide everything you need.

Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Die Nacht unter freiem Sternenhimmel verbringen? Oder im Bett ein Sonnenbad nehmen? JA KLAR! Einfach mit dem Bett rausfahren und auf der Terrasse den atemberaubenden Blick genießen! Das alles ist möglich. Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach. Eine stilvolle Sauna & ein beheizbarer Badebottich mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

From April to October you can relax while sunbathing on the spacious garden terrace in the heated swimming pool. Or you can use the included swimming entry to the Parkbad.

Kurze Fahrzeiten zu den Kärntner Skigebieten: Gerlitzen 20 Min; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 Min; Turracherhöhe 35 Min und zum Wörthersee und Ossiachersee jeweils 15 Min. Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
