Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum.
