Everything there is to enjoy on the island is 5-10 minutes away, including a bech n the South side, a restaurant on the East side and a place to play Bocci on the top of the Island. If you feel the need to escape, there is a ferry that will take you to the nerest subwaystation in 30 minutes and then a train will have you in the center within 5 minutes.

Naturreservat om hörnet med härliga vandringsleder. 20 bilminuter alt 45 njutbara båtminuter från Strömkajen, Sthlm City med landstigning Koviksudde, därefter ca 10 minuters promenad. Cykeluthyrning i närheten! OBS! Vistelsen i stugan endast till för hyresgästerna!

Fredriksro beautifully located near the waterfront was built in 1892 and now owned by the sixth generation! It is close to a nature preservation with paths for walking, biking, hiking and jogging. Being close to the water you have surfing, rowing, diving and a beach for the small ones. There is also a tennis and paddle court nearby. To get around a car is to recommend . We are 30 min from central Stockholm and about 10 min from the shopping.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla enkla boende. Huset ligger högt och har en stor altan i söderläget. Stugan på 30m2 med sovloft. Nära till bad och buss. Busshållsplats finns precis nedanför tomtgränsen så det är enkelt att ta sig in till Stockholm city. Info gällande brandlarm: Det sitter en kamera i stora rummet som är kopplad till Verisure larm och aktiveras vid brandlarm. Se mer info om det under Säkerhet och egendom.

Lantligt minihus vid vattnet

Välkommen till vårt fantastiska minihus i naturreservatet "Elfvik", 20 min från stockholms city. Huset är 15m2 stort och har ett pentry med kyl/frysfack, bäddsoffa, 140 cm bred, toalett och dusch. Utanför finns en veranda med sittgrupp med fantastik utsikt över kyrkviken. Det finns även en offentlig "gömd" brygga 150 meter från huset. Gästerna har gratis tillgång att låna kajak för två personer och flytväst.
