Salt water treasures can be found on our private community beach. Clams, oysters, sand dollars, and sea stars are just a few of the abundant sea life you may see here. Taking long walks on the beach will often provide glimpses of sea otters, seals, sea lions, and the occasional Orca Pod.

Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed, TV with DVDs only, WIFI, a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet.
