Vanhalla ruukkialueella sijaitseva historiallinen 1800- luvun kivitalo, jossa on oma ainutlaatuinen tunnelmansa. Asunto sijaitsee kivitalon toisessa kerroksessa. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.

Keittiö on varustettu perusruokailuvälineillä: kahvinkeitin, mikro, 2 keittolevyä, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, tavanomaiset ruokailuvälineet, kattilat, lautaset ja paistinpannu.

Teijo Nationalpark is open for everyone who likes to hiking or just walking around lakes - there is three lakes in neighbourhod. The distance to the nationalparks rutes is about 2 km. There is also a iron works village near by if you want to go around and enjoy own beer and bread from the local brewery and bakery.

Hyvät ja helpot kulkuyhteydet Turun keskustaan (3-4 km) omalla autolla, bussilla, pyörällä tai kävellen. Raisioon ja Naantaliin pääsee kätevästi myös bussilla. Kauppakeskus Mylly ja Ikea kätevän lähellä.
