We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Cottage with peek a boo view of Vancouver Lake! The Sailing Club is next door & it's delightful to watch the sunset on the lake! New Pickleball court! There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.
