In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Private, centrally-located and walkable to nice restaurants and shopping in one of the hottest neighborhoods in LA - beloved Atwater Village, this stylish guest house is the perfect spot to explore and enjoy the city. This is within minutes (driving) of the legendary Greek Theater, Griffith Park Observatory and LA Zoo, plus walkable to really fun restaurants including Tam O'Shanter where Walt Disney used to dine. Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Contemporary Cottage - An Oasis with a Private Heated Pool.

Tucked away in a peaceful setting with lush landscaping is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The Contemporary Cottage has the charm of a country cottage on the outside, with a fresh, contemporary design on the inside with a full kitchen. Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

La Casita is a private guest house in the heart of Burbank, just minutes from Warner Brothers, Disney, and the Burbank Airport. The house has a full kitchen, wifi, bath, and private patio full of flowers and lemon trees. (All the lemons you can eat!) Parking is provided behind a private, automatic gate. Restaurants, stores, nightlife, and paths for hiking and biking are all nearby.
