Ten minutes from I-95, Exit 67. Only yards to the public saltwater ramp, with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the islands . A quiet, studio-esque space walking-distance to Gascoigne Park (disc golf!), St. Simons Marina, Epworth By the Sea, and a recently added tandem kayak to play on the lake. The space features three beds, a hammock chair, mini-kitchen coffee/tea bar with Berkey water. Also a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun filtering through the live oak trees above.
