*Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *There are 3 rentals on the property. All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

Woodson or Iron Mountain, swimming in the pool, stargazing, golfing, a day trip to Julian, or San Diego Wild Animal Park. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.
