My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

It is a newly built, one bedroom (loft-style), self catering cabin/chalet with lounge/kitchen plus shower/toilet. Upstairs is a compact, yet cosy twin bed, loft-style bedroom with a delightful view of Dingle harbour through a triangular shape window. Cereals plus tea/coffee provided. Suitable for remote working.

This small studio is ideal for solo travellers or couples seeking simple, quiet accommodation in the Irish countryside. The studio is adjacent to my home and suits guests who value peace, open views and dark night skies (practical, not luxury). On the Skellig Ring/Wild Atlantic Way, one mile off the Ring of Kerry. 10 mins’ drive to Cahersiveen, Portmagee, Ballinskelligs, Valentia and Waterville. Skellig boats ~10km away.

Ideal for solo travellers or couples wanting simple, clean, good-value accommodation in South West Kerry. A practical (not luxury) studio for guests out sightseeing who want a quiet place to sleep, shower, and make light meals. Just off the Ring of Kerry, 10–15 mins’ drive to Portmagee, Skellig boats, Valentia, Cahersiveen, beaches and walks. Not suitable for groups, families, parties, or hotel-style stays.
