Other destinations like Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Zermatt or Lucerne are good to reach. The studio is 4 minutes walking distance from the bus station, We offer a privat parking at the studio free of charge.

L'AvantGardiste est un duplex de 6 chambres, très spacieux, situé en attique du batiment Les Mischabels (Batiment listé dans le hitparade des cent plus beaux édifices construits en Suisse, entre 1960 - 1975). En été on aimera la proximité des lacs et golfs, la vue depuis les terrasses, les balades. En hiver on aimera la chaleur de l'habitation et la proximité des pistes de ski. Le duplex est complètement équipé pour un confort optimal pour recevoir des grandes familles.

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.
