The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Set in a picturesque hamlet, overlooking the Chianti hills, this charming country house is just 10 minutes from Siena and Castellina in Chianti. Recently renovated, it blends authentic Tuscan charm with modern comforts. The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges, and a washing machine. Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden and relax in the outdoor marble hot tub, soaking in the breathtaking views.

The Capanna apartment is located in a typical Tuscan village in the middle of the hills and not far from San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Volterra and in the center of Chianti where you can discover magnificent wineries to taste good Chianti wine. The apartment is furnished with original Tuscan furniture and other details, swimming pool with splendid views and large garden. Inside everything you need to cook and relax reading a book or a good glass of wine, bbq, free parking.

La Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Guardia di Badia a Passignano is a lovingly restored villa which is ideal for couples or small families. Once a guard’s post, it now offers a peaceful and stylish retreat in the heart of Chianti, surrounded by the renowned vineyards of Antinori, one of Italy’s most respected wine producers. Just a short walk away lies the impressive Badia a Passignano, a thousand-year-old abbey with a Last Supper fresco by Domenico Ghirlandaio.

S.Ilaria - Private pool Villa with 2 bedrooms

Sant'Ilaria it’s been lovingly renovated in 2016 into a luxury getaway in the countryside near Siena, with its 2 bedrooms it's the ideal escape. Watch the sun move across the landscape from a lounger by the pool and relax watching the amazing landscape in a total privacy. After sunset, heat up the barbecue for dinner at the al-fresco table or have a glass of local wine. This small and private villa has 2 bedrooms, all have private en-suite bathrooms.

Our local area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, joggers or simply walking through the incredible Tuscan country side that offers memorable sights of farmland, forests and rolling hills.
