This is a room, not a cottage, you will have shared walls with another unit. This room has a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed, and a private bathroom. In the room, there is a recently replaced mini-split AC unit that keeps the room comfortably cold. There is no kitchenette in this room, but there is a mini-fridge, a microwave, and kitchenware provided. On the property, there is a gas grill that is open for guest use.
