Hillside Cottage is a spacious 4-sleeper with mountain views. Two outdoor living areas provide ample space to enjoy the quiet countryside and scenery. Hillside Cottage is part of Ledges Retreat, a small guest farm in the Northern Drakensberg, located in a picturesque, peaceful valley. We are close to the Royal Natal National Park - home to the Tugela Falls and Amphitheatre. Please note: We are in Northern Drakensberg (not Bergville) near Cavern Resort. A rustic thatched riverside cottage for families, fishermen and groups seeking space and quiet. Gather around the fire, watch the sunset over the valley, and slow down together. Private, spacious, and surrounded by nature on a peaceful farm. Pets allowed by prior approval only, with a fenced area for added ease. A fee of R100 per pet per night applies. Please message with details (breed, size, number) when booking. All guests can book a unique gentle horse connection experience.

Luxury Solar-Powered Cottage

Perfect for 2, the room has a luxurious queen-size bed with electric blanket and en-suite shower-only bathroom. The kitchen has all the amenities needed including an air fryer; 1 plate Indiction stove and microwave and the lounge, a TV with Wi-Fi and a desk to work at. The unit opens to a patio overlooking the garden and guests don't have to worry about loadshedding or water shortages. The place has solar and back up water. There is a gas heater for the cold winter nights.

This charming farm stay cottage offers a relaxed country escape, comfortably sleeping up to four guests with one queen bed and two single beds. On the ground level you have the kitchenette, (no stove or post\pans,) with fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster kettle crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table to enjoy your meals which can double as a workstation. Each unit has their own private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
