"Cleerbeek Guest House" Maisonnette dans la nature

Entourée au sud de bois, au nord de champs et à l’est d’une rivière, c’est le calme qui règne en maître. 3 chambres, 6 lits, 1 canapé-lit, cuisine, salon avec poêle, terrasse avec BBQ et jardin. Au départ du gîte: vignobles, balades, visite de châteaux et monuments historiques, dont la ville de Leuven. Tentes interdites! Uniquement le nombre de personnes enregistrées lors de la réservation sont autorisées sur place, max 8 personnes.

Hooistek is een gezellig en vrij modern vakantieverblijf achter een landelijke, vrijstaande woning, gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf afrit Geel Oost van de E313. Hooistek heeft een eigen ingang, beschikt over gratis Wifi. Bij het vakantieverblijf hoort een privé-sauna die apart te boeken is. Ontbijten kan tegen een kleine meerprijs. Natuurgebied Gerhaegen bevindt zich op wandelafstand; prinsheerlijk De Merode is nabij, evenals Averbode en Diest. Talrijke fietsroute netwerken doorkruisen de streek.

It has the access to nature, combined with comfort and country-side feeling nearby the city (Brussels, Leuven & Wavre are only 20min away). The Green Pavilion has free WiFi, 1 large flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with Nexpresso machine, a shower room. Guests can relax on their private terrace, enjoy unique and stunning view on meadows.

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Centrally and peacefully located; 7 min walk from big market, 5 min from cafes and restaurants, 3 min from "Sluispark", 1 min from supermarket and 15 min from Leuven station.
