Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The two storey unit (17 steps) has a bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ. Separate kitchenette with laundry. No pets.

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. "Behind the Wall" is a Tuscan inspired getaway situated within walking distance of the shopping centre of Urunga, the boardwalk and beach and the Wetlands Boardwalk. Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.
