There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

This is an older unit with modern furnishings consists of 2 Bedrooms both Airconditioned, fully self-contained Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room, Bathroom, Toilet, Laundry and Back Deck. Pets are not accepted.

There is under cover parking in driveway which can take 2 cars. No parking on street as it a narrow road.
