The yurt has 1 queen canopy bed, a cot under the bed for addn sleeping, cable tv, small refrigerator, microwave, keurig coffee maker, small charcoal grill, bonfire pit and chairs! The 1/2 bathroom is located just a short walk away in the laundry room for the resort as well as an outdoor shower. Also shared beach,dock, boat,canoe,kayak rental for use!

A winding two-track through the woods delivers you to our cozy 200sq ft yurt located on 10 acres outside of quaint Alden, MI. 5 minute drive to Torch. 15 min. to Bellaire/Short’s! Turn on your favorite camp tunes, unplug, read, make art with the yurt art supplies, do a puzzle, bask on the porch, lounge in the hammocks,cook dinner over the fire, head to Alden for breakfast at the Muffin Tin, take a dip in Torch…we’ll tell you a great spot to jump in! Bunk bed is full size lower, twin upper.

This unique property rental includes use of the entire "Musher's Village"--11 acres with a 16' Pacific Yurt, a Tiny House/Cabin, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, hand pump for water and well-stocked outhouses. Located 25 minutes north of Marquette, our yurt is simple and rustic without electricity and a woodstove is the only heat source. We provide bedding, water in buckets, a simple kitchen, a battery pack for string lights, and a sauna for warming the bones. We encourage and cater to silent-sport type of guests as we have kind and close neighbors on all sides. No shooting, loud off road vehicles, etc. are permitted. - Wood heat only - Outhouse toilet - Limited parking

COZY YURT in Houghton near MTU

This yurt is nestled in the woods on our 10 acre hobby farm. It's a cozy space perfect for two. Make sure to spend some time around the outdoor firepit, curl up with a book on the couch in front of the wood-pellet stove, and peek out one of the many windows as often as possible - we've spotted deer, fox, coyote, wolves, bear, turkeys, and more! You will also have the opportunity to interact with our dairy goats and chickens, if interested. No pets, please.
