Tasman Views

Our self-contained studio is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We provide a comfy bed and continental breakfast. The studio has beautiful views across farmlands to the Tararua Mountain Ranges and sea views the other side. A 10min stroll takes you to our picturesque beach, via scenic walkways. Peka Peka Beach is great for swimming, walking, or just sitting and relaxing. There are masses of tracks and trails accessible from here and within the Kapiti area, for biking and walking or tramping. A trip to Kapiti Island from Paraparaumu, is a must for nature lovers. For those wanting a more relaxed stay, there are really good cafes and restaurants nearby. Harrison's Garden Cafe in Peka Peka, is great and there is a good variety of eateries at Waikanae Beach. The Shoreline Cinema in Waikanae Township, 5 mins drive away, also for coffee and cake, or well selected wines.

Sea Vista at The Annexe @ Westhill Cottage

Enjoy a relaxed stay in Point Howard, at the start of Eastbourne. Looking for something different? Our beautiful Ian Athfield designed home, has a self-contained annexe with its own entrance. Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Tui Suite at Wairarapa's Lakeview Lodge

Welcome to our peaceful escape location. Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax. Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

'The Cottage'

‘The Cottage’, is a cosy, self-contained cottage situated in the lovely Kaitoke countryside, a 40 minute drive from Wellington; 20 from the Wairarapa and 10 from Upper Hutt. 'The Cottage', is also the perfect location for access to the Rimutaka Incline Trail and Aston Norwood Gardens & Cafe. It is a modern two-bedroomed cottage, which could accommodate up to four guests. From the lounge, you can enjoy watching the animals play in the paddock below or the birds fluttering around in the trees.

The OverFlo

The OverFlo is a cozy, compact self-contained space with private access & courtyard, situated in the picturesque Kaitoke countryside. Refurbished to a high standard & attention to detail, it offers a peaceful, comfortable getaway, in a delightful private rural setting. Upper Hutt, Brewtown & the railway station are just 10min away & 20 min from the Wairarapa, the wine trail & the many cafes, restaurants & boutique shops. Wellington & all that this vibrant city has to offer is a 40 mins drive.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

"Not Too Shabby Boutique Cottage" (Pet Friendly)

A boutique 30m2 fully renovated studio cottage with décor that has an industrial and “Not Too Shabby” twist to it. Luxury feel at a budget price. Kitchenette type facilities so you can cook a basic meal. Conveniently located a 2min walk from Heretaunga train station taking you directly to Sky Stadium / the city, also close to Royal Wellington Golf Club & Trentham Race Course it is the ideal place to stay if you are attending an event at one of these venues. Cafe & bus stop 2min stroll away.

Breakfast included in quiet & peaceful suite

Private mini studio; bedroom, bathroom and breakfast area which is completely separate from the main house in a beautiful bush setting in Lower Hutt. TV with Free View, and Chrome cast We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities in the suite. It is a bed & breakfast only. There is a microwave for reheating. Plenty of eateries in Lower Hutt, Petone &beyond Parking: Free on-street parking, on quiet, safe road opp. our shared drive - with a street light. Off-street unavailable. 🌈🌈

Oak Tree Cottage

Welcome to Oak Tree Cottage A Newly built 30m2 cottage set at the rear of our property. Located in the Heretaunga/Silverstream area of Upper Hutt. Close to all transport links train/bus/motorway.A well equipped kitchenette allows for cooking with continental breakfast provided. The cottage is warm and quiet with double glazing and a heat pump/aircon. Private entrance and courtyard . Walking distance to Trentham Race course,Royal Wellington golf course and Fig tree cafe.

Romantic and Adventurous

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

Private, quick, easy & comfortable

This space would suit anyone wanting the convenience of a Motel without paying Motel rates. The private space available is about 60 square metres with separate bedroom, lounge/dining, and bathroom. Separate entry with combination lock for effortless self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door. The guest area is located at the sunny end of the house with all day sun and plenty of windows.
