The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.

Cois Taoide Cottage

Cois Taoide is a comfortable one bedroom cottage with a fitted kitchen located in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Youghal. It’s located on Windmill Hill and has breathtaking views over the Blackwater River Estuary. The cottage is a two-minute walk to the Mall beach and is a scenic 15 minute walk to the three blue flag beaches . It is also a short walk to historical landmarks such as the Clockgate Tower, the Old Town walls ,Restaurants , cafes, bars and the cinema .
