This peaceful and centrally-located place is a sunny and spacious modern one-bedroom cottage located in the heart of historic Wakefield. We're minutes from many RI beaches. Stroll downhill to a lovely park on Saugatucket River, then cross the charming footbridge into town. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream, plus excellent community theater, yoga, and interesting shops. Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

About 10 miles to Newport and 30 miles to Providence. There's much to explore and do in the South County area!

Wickford Beach Chalet Escape

Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. We are sure you will love our vacation home as much as we do!

Serene Retreat apartment

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Hickory Hideaway (HH) - Lakeside Oasis

Enjoy lakeside views of Silver Spring Lake, North Kingstown, RI. Wake to spectacular sunrises and the sounds of the woodlands from this one-bedroom, open living garden level apartment. The living room and bedroom opens to a private outdoor area for relaxing and dining. At sunrise/sunset move your chair lakeside and take in the views. While the property is nestled in the woods, highway access is quick to Wickford Village, ocean/beaches, Newport and the Airport.

Nicely appointed kitchen, with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/ air fry, stove, and oven.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

Private Suite

Entire private suite, includes queen bedroom, full bath, sitting room with small refrigerator and microwave, table and chairs - all with off-street parking and separate entrance. Walk to beautiful Narragansett Beach, shops, fine restaurants. Great value and location! Sorry, no pets. (The suite is located on the second floor.)
