We personally built & designed this beautiful mountain cabin with you, our guest, in mind. From the rough cut lumber to the luxurious bed linens, everything has been chosen to be of the highest quality with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Listen to the relaxing sounds of Devil Fork Creek on the covered porch or nap along the banks in the two-person hammock. Enjoy a hike at nearby Rocky Fork State Park, then end your day with a warm fire outside gazing at the stars. We can’t wait to host you!

This tranquil riverside retreat is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! Just 15 min from the Appalachian Trail & the quaint town of Burnsville NC. Enjoy hiking, outdoor activities, stroll through art galleries, antique stores, coffee shops & cafes before seeing live music at the local craft breweries. Soak in the sounds of the river by a firepit that overlooks the rushing rapids, or enjoy coffee at your personal outdoor table with views of the mountain ridge & lush garden!

Cozy Creekside Cottage with Skiing & Hiking Nearby

A secluded cozy cottage perfect for a couple’s getaway. Located in the Pisgah National Forest, this getaway is only an hour drive from Asheville. Relax to the sound of flowing water on the front porch, or take a trip to nature destinations nearby. Enjoy your day at one of three ski resorts nearby or enjoy a day of waterfalls and wineries. If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Spivey Falls Cabin, A Cabin by a Waterfall

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. Interior cabin exhibits variety of cultural nostalgia from the local family's home and tradition. We hope you come away with peace, tranquility of God's nature and restorative living water .

Root Cellar Tiny House and River Adventures

On a mountain by a river in a true "holler". This 1890's tobacco farm features our Root Cellar Tiny House, perfect for 2-4 people. The Toe River is a short walk from your covered front porch! Stay has full over full Bunk Bed, Wifi, AC/heater, tiny fridge, small coffee maker, one car parking in front for easy access. Includes toilet & sink, outdoor heated shower, outdoor fire pit & kitchen for cooking. Space includes a 2-person tent site. Great place to see the stars and meteor showers.

The Pond House with Hot Tub in TN

Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoy your own piece of oasis. The Pond House sits on 6 acres along with our home, with a beautiful spring-fed pond, with mountain views. Relax outside in the hot tub for some stargazing, or read a good book on the porch and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. Layla Rue at Nolichucky Gorge

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Cozy toy hauler with one queen bed and one sofa bed at the Nolichucky Gorge Campground. Everything you need is right here. USA Raft has water sport rentals and a tiki bar. Access to the Appalachian Trail is just steps away from the camper. The campground offers community picnic areas and a fire pit right on the river, and you will have your own patio area with a picnic table and fire pit. What more could you need!

Holyfield Cabin and Bunkhouse - Open for You

Sitting above Sams Creek, we offer a rustic, wormy chestnut, over 100 year old updated cabin with a screened porch & covered deck with out-door fireplace, propane grill, living room w/Q bed, kitchen and full bath w/ shower. Steps away is a bunkhouse w/Q bed, bunk beds with stairs, and bath w/ shower. Perfect family & *dog friendly * get-away in the Appalachian Mtns.
