Being only a 15 minutes Tuk Tuk drive from The Galle Fort and a 10 minutes drive from Unawatuna beach, it makes it the perfect PLACE TO BE Guests have access to the garden, pool, sleeping pavilion, yoga pavilion, small spa and pool. Kikili Paddy Apartment - one bedroom

Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

In the other direction, it is only 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Dewata which is a safe beach break for learning to surf and has surf hire equipment available.

This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.

This luxurious, comfortable, spacious modern villa, designed by a student of the famous architect Geoffrey Bawa is set in a secluded lush tropical garden with a private swimming pool (25ft x 12ft) in a quiet residential area in the village of Unawatuna. The villa has been designed with 'keeping cool' in mind in this hot climate. The high ceilings and many french doors from all rooms ensure a constant cooling air flow throughout the villa. The villa is approved by the SLTDA.

Perched on a ridge overlooking the jungle canopy stunning views inland and out to sea Buona Vista Heights is made up of two 3 bedroom villas. The owners have been building luxury villas on Sri Lanka's south coast for many years and they have installed this great wealth of knowledge into a cleverly designed modern villa with flourishes of creativity and fun. The rooftop is shared with the next-door villa.
