“Verkijken Cottage": birders delight- indigenous

With unrivaled, stunning views of the Iron Crown and Wolkberg mountains, Verkijken Cottage sits on a high hilltop. It looks down on Indigenous Bush which is unique. Within 500m of the cottage you see and hear forest birds found in the Woodbush. Birdwatchers are in for a treat as the gardens are visited by Knysna Turaco, Double-collared Sunbird, Chorister robin - chat, Cinnamon dove, Rameron Pigeon, Red eyed dove and more. There are the rare species such as Samango monkey, duiker and bushbuck.

Lekkerbos 7-sleeper all-wheel-drive access only

Lekkerbos is an ideal destination to get away from the rush. The tranquil cottage in the mountains near Haenertsburg is the perfect get-away setting to take a break and bond. Lekkerbos is only accessible by 4x4, all-wheel-drive or vehicle with a diff-lock. The cottage's large living area with open plan kitchen and 180-degree view over the mountains makes it ideal for spending quality time. Lekkerbos is close to outdoor activities, galleries, breweries and beautiful sceneries to get recharged.

The Watermill Cabin

Nestled among ancient pines, the 50-year-old cabin stands on the banks of the Broederstroom River, overlooking a magical waterfall. A 2km gravel road drive from Haenertsburg. ( Accessible to most cars, not sports cars) will bring you to the charming cabin. A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. A few feet from the cabin, you will have your own private deck with braai facilities. Enjoy!

Just an hour away from the Kurger Park and close to Tzaneen. A perfect family destination for biking, fishing, hiking and canopy touring and a superb peaceful setting for the business traveler.

The VIEW @ Driehoek is a Villa for nature lovers

Driehoek Mountain Retreat in Magoebaskloof is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love Farm Driehoek because of the natural beauty and tranquility. Couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups will have a great time. We can host 10 guests but can accommodate extra 2 people at an extra cost.

Sunrise chalet with private deck

This private wooden chalet is an attachment to 'House of Art' with own private entrance and outside dining area with braai facilities. You can watch the sunrise from your bed and you have a beautiful garden view as well as a mountain view from your private deck. House of Art is not suitable for children under 12.

The solar-powered cottage has 2 rooms with queen-size or twin beds, sharing a full bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove. The lounge has a TV with streaming services and Wi-Fi access is available.
