Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

A spacious self catering cottage that will comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms all with en-suite wet rooms (one with a bath and one which is accessible for the disabled person). Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

‘Craig Fach’ is the coach house at the lodge built for Lord Merthyr. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, desk and smart TV/DVD, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen diner leading to an outside patio area with table. The upstairs rooms are accessed via external staircases, and include a double room with kingsize bed, a twin room, another shower room and an outside seating area on the decking. There is ample parking on the driveway.
