This historic raised beach cottage was built in 1920. Beautiful, original pine walls and floors. We want you to feel like you are borrowing a friend's beach house. Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. House on a corner lot. The view offers amazing people watching.

Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
