This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. We have fishing gear, a pontoon for rent ($300/day), volleyball, cross-net, badminton, cornhole, beach swimming, and endless outdoor activities. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for gatherings for friends and family.

The view of the sunsets over the lake is unforgettable from this 1928, 2 br condo. Whether here for a game, to see friends or to explore - you'll love it here. There is a shared, small patio in back. There is some street noise during busier times of the day, but quiet at night.

The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.
