This charming home is set in historic Mill Village. Tucked neatly in downtown Tupelo, it is within walking distance to dining, shopping, arena's & more. Inside you will find a newly renovated space, offering 2 bedrooms with King size beds, TVs & blackout curtains. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials such as dishes, cookware, and utensils. Coffee/tea, sugar and cream are provided as well. The Living Room is a cozy space with a TV and electric fireplace. please read house rules

Only minutes away from Bennet Lake Hunting club and Dumas Lake. For dining: Enjoy a delicious meal at Simmer on Down Steak house 3.5 miles away. For Essentials: Dollar General and Clarks Country Store are only 3 miles away.

You can relax on the sofa in the comfort of the living room, take a quiet nap in the bedroom or enjoy a game of PacMan. Try grilling with a great water view on the porch or swing. For a change of pace, 2 kayaks & a canoe are for your enjoyment! 🛶 (Twin bed w/trundle downstairs for another guest).

Lake house Living with this spacious 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Location right on the edge of Tupelo,MS. Enjoy watching Deer and Turkey from the Back porch with Fireplace Both Inside and Out with Beautiful View of the 16 Acre Lake. Roomy Kitchen, Great for Family outings or Couples Gettaway. There are King size beds in 2 Bedrooms and a Queen Sized in the 3rd. In the 4th BR there are 2 Separate Bunks Beds.....(Full on bottom, twin on top with easy access steps, the 2nd bunk has a Full & Twin.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker(drip and K-Cup) with coffee! The fridge is stocked with water, juice and sparkling water. This 70's era home has been immaculately cared for and has the comfort of 3 Bedrooms, two bathrooms, Living Room, and a complete kitchen.

Please note the house is close to the famous downtown train so you may hear the engine horn at night.
