Dadurch kann man direkt zum Eingang fahren, obwohl die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist!

The farm "Woldererhof" is in the hands of the Gasteiger family since 1912 and welcomes its guests at the edge of the forest of the recreational area Mareiter Bach. Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.
