You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

This is a true "New Orleans house," with hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, oversize windows. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the house is just a short walk from the best shopping district on Magazine Street, and from the historic St. Charles Avenue Streetcar line. In this area there are fine restaurants, ranging from po-boy shops to James Beard Award-winning fine dining restaurants. The house is very private, but adjacent to some of the best attractions in the city.

Newly Renovated apartment has 3 California Kings (4" longer than a standard king) and a bunk bed with a full and a twin. Beautiful wood worked into the property from different projects I've had all over the city. Three blocks to St. Charles and three blocks to Freret; you can easily walk to a great local dinner or to the street car (one way to Tulane and Audubon Park and the other way takes you to the French Quarter). The world's oldest continuously operating streetcar line, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, is mere steps away. I live on the first floor.
