It's walking distance to gym/pool, a bike trail, Safeway, and the beautiful Kubota Gardens. Easily accessible by the metro or freeway, there is tons of parking.

Welcome to our home away from home! This is a daylight basement unit of a two story house with a private entrance and parking. We have all the amenities you may need, with a full kitchen, large living, two bedrooms, laundry area and a sauna. Our home is within a mile of a popular beach called Redondo as well as minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, parks, the mall and many other amenities that Federal way has to offer!
