It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Villa "Galini" in Proastio Kardamili

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

Eirini's house

The property is located in a quite neighborhood in Prosilio village (West Mani; check location section). The stone house has been recently restored and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfort stay throughout the year. Private parking, air conditioning covering all spaces, fully equipped kitchen and electric appliances are provided in order to accommodate comfortably 4 persons.
