Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. Be Fabulous in Provincetown

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. The great room has wood paneling and a cathedral ceiling. This common area has natural wood floors and a fireplace. 2 cozy bedrooms and a small kitchen and bathroom complete the scene.
