This is a elegant retreat on two levels including a large kitchen/dining room, downstairs bathroom and upstairs bedrooms and living area. For families there are child locks, stair gates, cot and high chair available upon request. Part of the downstairs is locked off for work space and will be in use through the day. Fern Cottage is a beautiful, detached, 4 bedroom home, which was recently renovated to the highest standard. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views and spectacular sun sets overlooking Scalloway, Foula and outlying islands. This centrally-located house is ideally placed to explore the Shetland Isles with Scalloway within walking distance and Lerwick within a 10 minute drive. Relax watching the variety of wildlife from otters to orca's. This beautiful, ever changing view is one of Shetlands finest.

Bothy Be Wast

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.
