We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, patio, bbq supplies in shed, bike cleaning station, hose, LOCKED BIKE STORAGE (see important note in other details section below), E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), and EV car charging at 115V/20A.
